Delve into photography and explore new techniques. Approach the “everyday” through a creative focus. Discover new perspectives and compositional approaches to creating artistic photographs. This is accomplished through learning exposure, lighting, and editing. There will be lectures, examples, and weekly assignments. Instructor will critique assignments, and help students grow in their knowledge of photography. Classes will be taught online. All levels are welcome.

Some topics will include: birds, low-light / night, and snow / ice photography techniques

Some sample lessons could be learning camera operation, exposure, composition, learning flash, special subjects like photographing birds or children. The topics are unlimited! Meeting time, place, and subject matter will be decided upon payment. Students are welcome to send an email with questions prior to signing up.

These are 2 hour lessons, and geared to the needs of 2 to 3 students. Some sample lessons could be learning camera operation, exposure, composition, learning flash, special subjects like photographing birds or children. The topics are unlimited! Private Tours

These are 3 to 4 hour tours, and geared towards specific subjects. Sample tours include bird , landscape, tulip fields (flowers), fall colors, or architecture. Meeting time, and place will be decided upon payment. Students are welcome to send an email with questions prior to signing up. Cost is per person up to a maximum of 6.
